Hours on a keyboard and mouse leave your palms and fingers tight. Slide your hand into Habitude Hand Reset and soft air cushions gently squeeze and release while gentle warmth does the rest, right at your desk.

  • For the mid-afternoon tight hand: air cushions wrap your palm, fingers and wrist and gently press and release in a steady rhythm.
  • Gentle warmth: turn on the heat for stiff, cold fingers without leaving your chair.
  • Cordless and desk-friendly: USB rechargeable, sits next to your keyboard, and turns itself off after a 15-minute session.

Desk work

A wrist rest supports your wrist. It does nothing for your palm.

Typing and holding a mouse keeps the small muscles in your hand working all day, thousands of small presses an hour. By late afternoon the tightness sits in the middle of your palm and the base of your thumb, not in your wrist.

Shaking your hands out helps for a few seconds. Hand Reset gives your whole hand a slow, even squeeze and release for 15 minutes, from the fingers to the wrist, while you keep reading your screen.

How it works

Soft Air Does the Squeezing. You Just Sit Back.

Rubbing one hand with the other just makes the other hand tired. Habitude Hand Reset does it for you: air cushions inside gently fill and release around your fingers, palm and wrist, with optional warmth.

No rolling balls and no hard kneading. Three simple things do the work:

Rhythmic Air Compression

Air cushions fill and release in a steady rhythm, so your whole hand gets an even squeeze, not one hard spot. A textured lining adds light acupressure on the palm.

6 Modes, 6 Levels

Gentle Warmth

Tap the heat button for gentle, controlled warmth in the soft cloth lining. It is warm and cozy, not hot.

The 3-step routine

One Button, 15 Minutes. That's the Whole Routine.

  1. Slide Your Hand In

Set it on a table, your desk or your lap. Slide your left or right hand in through the open end, palm down.

  2. Pick a Mode and Level

Press power, choose a mode and an intensity, and tap heat if you like. First time? Start on level 1 and go up slowly.

  3. Relax for 15 Minutes

Sit back while it works. It turns itself off at the end of the session. Then slide your hand out.

Important usage rule: Use it for one 15-minute session at a time, 1 to 2 sessions per hand a day. It is not a glove to wear all day and not for sleeping with. Start on level 1. Small marks from the textured lining on your palm are normal and fade soon after. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or tingling. If you have a medical condition, an injury or recent surgery on your hand or wrist, or circulation problems, ask your doctor before use.

FAQ

Questions, Answered

How strong is the squeeze? Will it hurt?

You choose. Level 1 is a soft, gentle squeeze for sensitive hands. The higher levels feel firm. Start on level 1 and go up slowly. Press the power button at any time to stop and let the air out.

What are the little marks on my palm afterwards?

The textured lining can leave a light pattern on your skin after a session. That is normal and fades soon after. If marks stay or your skin feels sore, use a lower level.

Does it get hot?

No. The heat is gentle and controlled, capped at about 109°F (43°C), and takes a few minutes to warm the lining. You can switch it off and use the massage alone.

Will it fit my hand? Left or right?

It fits either hand, and most adult hands fit through the open end. Your fingers rest inside the soft lining. Very large hands may find the fit snug.

How often should I use it?

One 15-minute session per hand, once or twice a day, for example once in the morning and once in the evening. Many people feel looser, warmer hands after the first session. Results vary from person to person.

How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days. If you decide within 60 days of delivery that Hand Reset is not right for you, email support@habitudegoods.com and we send you our US returns address. You pay the return postage, and once it arrives back clean and in sanitary condition with its cable, we refund the full product price.

Who should not use it?

Ask your doctor first if you have a medical condition in your hands or wrists, numbness or nerve problems, poor circulation, diabetes, a blood clotting problem, open wounds or skin problems on your hands, a recent hand or wrist injury or surgery, an implanted electronic device, or if you are pregnant. Not for children.
