The guarantee

You can return any product bought on habitudegoods.com for any reason within 60 days of delivery and get a full refund of the price you paid.

Products that touch your skin (for example the Habitude Neck Reset and Back Arch) must come back clean and in sanitary condition, free of damage, in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Email support@habitudegoods.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
2. We reply within one business day with our US returns address and instructions.
3. Pack the product with its accessories (for example the power adapter) and send it to that US address with a tracked service. Please send us the tracking number.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Returning part of an order with several items? We refund the price you paid for each item you send back.

Return postage

If your product is faulty or arrived damaged, return postage is on us: we send you a prepaid label or a replacement. For any other reason, you pay the postage to our US returns address, and we refund the full price you paid for the product.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet for a full refund. Just email us.
