Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (the 50 states and Washington, D.C.).

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders ship from our US warehouse by tracked shipping. They usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days from the day you order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If there is a delay

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a new shipping date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If you do not answer, we cancel and refund you in full.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@habitudegoods.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo for damage). We will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change it until the order ships.
