Who gives this warranty

ECOMX LLC, 2880 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 225C, Oakland Park, FL 33311, USA (“Habitude”, “we”).

Who is covered

The original buyer of a new CalmFront Air bought from habitudegoods.com.

What is covered, and for how long

CalmFront Air is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery. If your unit stops working properly during that time, we will repair it, replace it, or refund the price you paid, at our choice.

What is not covered

Damage from drops, liquids, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and normal cosmetic wear.

How to claim

Email support@habitudegoods.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if you can, a photo or video. You can also write to us at ECOMX LLC, 2880 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 225C, Oakland Park, FL 33311, USA. We reply within one business day.

Shipping for claims

For a valid warranty claim, we pay the shipping both ways: we send you a prepaid label or a replacement.

Limits

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

CalmFront Air is an air quality monitor. It is not a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm or medical device, and it should not be used as one. Readings are for general information.
