Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from habitudegoods.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Seller

Products on habitudegoods.com are sold by ECOMX LLC, 2880 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 225C, Oakland Park, FL 33311, USA (“Habitude”, “we”). Contact: support@habitudegoods.com.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. If an item cannot be supplied, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount charged.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping to US addresses is free. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. If a price on our site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Sales and promotions

A sale price applies to orders placed during the sale period shown on the product page. When a sale ends, the regular price applies to new orders.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other methods) and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number. Your payment method is charged when you place your order.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, our 60-day money-back guarantee and our product warranties are described in our Shipping policy, Returns policy and Warranty, which form part of these terms.

Product use

Our products are for general, everyday use and are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Air quality monitors such as CalmFront Air measure indoor air conditions for general information only. They are not carbon monoxide or smoke alarms; do not rely on them for life safety and keep certified alarms installed. Research mentioned on our site is about the topic in general (for example air in general, much of it outdoor air), not about a specific product.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
