Restore Natural Cervical Alignment While Resting Flat

4.63(367 reviews)

The ergonomic wave stretcher that uses your own body weight to reverse forward head posture and decompress tight neck ligaments in 10 minutes a day.

  • Overcome Structural Ligament Shortening: Replaces uncomfortable posture braces with passive gravity traction that gently lengthens tightened neck tissues without active muscular effort.
  • The Anatomical C-Curve Fulcrum: Engineered from dense polyurethane foam to cradle cervical vertebrae, restoring natural curvature rather than forcing rigid thoracic strapping.
  • Effortless 10-Minute Daily Reset: No awkward harness cutting into your underarms. Simply lie flat on the floor, relax your shoulders, and let natural gravity do the work.

A 10-minute daily tool. Not a pillow for sleeping on all night.

Forward head posture

Why posture straps fail: you cannot stretch tightened cervical ligaments with elastic bands. Gravity does the work in 10 minutes.

Elastic posture braces target the wrong joint. Pulling the shoulders back with nylon straps does not bring back the curve of the neck. When the neck stays bent forward over screens for years, the front of the neck tightens and the natural C-curve flattens out.

Forcing good posture with your muscles all day is tiring, so it rarely lasts. The Neck Reset works the other way around: you lie down, and the weight of your own head does the gentle stretching while your muscles rest.

Forward head translation: the ear sits in front of the shoulder line. In neutral alignment it sits above it.

How it works

The Science of Passive Gravitational Decompression

Most neck solutions try to force relief through active movement, vibrating motors, or chemical pills. The Habitude Neck Reset works on an entirely different principle: passive mechanical decompression powered by your own body weight.

When you sit at a desk, look at a phone, or drive, gravity works against your neck. The natural forward curve of your cervical spine flattens out, and the small muscles supporting your skull lock up to keep your head upright. This wedge reverses that process in 10 minutes using three coordinated mechanical actions:

Curvature Stretch

Molded from high-density, medium-firm polyurethane foam, the wedge follows the C-curve of the neck. When you lie flat on the floor, your head gently tilts backward over the top of the wedge. Your own head weight acts as a natural counterweight, opening the compressed joint spaces and gently stretching tight neck ligaments without any active muscle strain.

3-Way Support

Unlike a standard foam roller that pushes on a single point, this wedge gives three kinds of support at once:

  • Vertical lift raises the neck arch to take pressure off.
  • Horizontal expansion gently widens the space between the base of your skull and your shoulders.
  • Curvature guidance gently coaxes the neck back toward its natural alignment.

6 Massage Nodes

Six raised nodes sit along the curve, on either side of the spine. As your head rests on the dense foam, they apply steady, local pressure to tight muscles at the back of the neck and the base of the skull, so the tension there can let go.

Two Sides, Two Levels (Customized To Your Body)

Every neck adapts at its own pace. That is why the wedge has two sides.

Convex Side: Gentle Traction for Beginners

Turn the lower, convex side toward your head for mild, gentle traction. Ideal for your first 1 to 2 weeks while your neck and shoulders adjust to the new curve.

Concave Side: Deeper Traction

Turn the steeper, concave curve toward your head for a deeper stretch once your body has adapted.

The 3-step routine

10 Minutes a Day. No Assembly, No Straps, No Batteries.

  1. Set Up on a Flat, Firm Surface

Place the wedge on a firm surface such as a carpeted floor, a yoga mat, or a firm mattress. Line the curve up with the middle of your neck. Beginner tip: start with the convex (gentler) side facing your head for your first week.

  2. Settle, Relax, and Breathe

Lie back so the back of your neck rests in the curve. Bend your knees, feet flat. Rest your hands on your stomach or beside your head. Breathe slowly and let your neck and shoulders give their weight to the foam. Eyes look straight up at the ceiling.

  3. 10 Minutes, Then Rise Slowly

Rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Start with 5 minutes and build up to 10 as your neck adapts. When you are done, roll onto your side, pause, then slowly push yourself up to sitting.

Important usage rule: This is an active 10-minute tool. It is not a sleeping pillow and must not be used overnight. Maximum 10 minutes per session, up to 3 sessions per day. If you feel pain, numbness or dizziness, stop using it and talk to your healthcare provider.

  • Works with practice

my neck and shoulders were locked up by the end of every workday. first go i barely lasted two minutes. my neck feels looser within a few minutes. firm foam that doesnt sink under my head. the foam smelled faintly out of the box for a day. if you're on the fence, just get it.

  • Short version: My neck and shoulders were locked up by the end of every workday. I started slow, a couple of minutes at a time. My neck feels longer and looser afterwards. The C-curve lines up with the middle of my neck.

  • Finally some relief

Keeping it and mornings are easier now, I wake up most mornings with my neck stiff, the concave side is a real stretch, I use it twice a week, the first session was firmer than I expected, five minutes every morning with my coffee, my neck feels longer and looser afterwards, I wake up most mornings with my neck stiff

  • So much better

years of sitting at a screen caught up with my neck. just what i needed after long days on my feet. it took a few days to get used to. its part of my wind-down now. my partner noticed before i did. the tension headache by 3pm has stopped. the six nodes sit either side of the spine, not on it. would buy again

  • Long drives leave my neck aching. I saw an ad for this and figured it was worth a try. First go I barely lasted two minutes. It lives by the couch and I use it while the kettle boils. I get through the day with less stiffness. My neck feels looser within a few minutes. Wipes clean with a damp cloth. If you're on the fence, just get it.

    stan

  • My desk job left my neck tight every single day. The second time was easier than the first. I can look up at the ceiling without it pulling. The foam is firm, not a soft pillow, which is the whole point. Getting up slowly matters, I rushed it once and felt it.

FAQ

Questions, Answered

Is the wedge soft like a regular memory foam pillow?

No, and that is intentional. Soft pillows sink under the weight of your head, so they cannot lift the neck. The Neck Reset is molded from high-density, medium-firm polyurethane foam. It feels firm to the touch because it is made to act as a supportive fulcrum that gently stretches the neck while you rest.

Why does it feel slightly uncomfortable during my first few days?

If your neck has spent years leaning forward toward screens, your muscles are used to that position. When you first lie on the curve, they are being eased into an unfamiliar position. This is normal and feels similar to starting a new yoga stretch. Most people get used to it within 7 to 14 days. Start with 5 minutes on the gentle convex side and build up slowly.

Can I sleep on this all night?

No. This is an active 10-minute tool, not an all-night sleeping pillow. Using it all night would keep your neck stretched back for hours and may leave you sore or stiff in the morning. Use it for 5 to 10 minutes before bed or after work, then switch to your normal pillow.

Which side should I use first?

Start with the convex side (the gentler, lower slope) facing your head. Once you can do a comfortable 10-minute session on it with no tightness, flip the wedge to the concave side (the steeper curve) for a deeper stretch.

How fast will I feel relief?

Many people feel tension easing during their first 10-minute session. Less daily stiffness and easier head movement usually build over 1 to 2 weeks of daily 10-minute use. Results vary from person to person.

How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days. If you decide within 60 days of delivery that the Neck Reset is not right for you, email support@habitudegoods.com and we send you our US returns address. You pay the return postage, and once it arrives back clean and in sanitary condition, we refund the full product price.

Who should not use it?

Do not use the Neck Reset if you have an acute or traumatic injury, spinal instability, a fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, a spinal cord compression, an infection or inflammatory disease of the spine, or a condition that could get worse with use, unless your healthcare provider tells you it is fine. Do not use it if you are allergic to polyurethane foam. If you have a neck condition, ask your doctor first.
